So What Is A Static Website?
A static website is the simplest kind there is. It is made of ready-made files - HTML for the words, CSS for the look, a little JavaScript for the moving parts, plus images and fonts. When someone opens it, their browser just downloads those files. No database, no server code, nothing running in the background.
That is exactly why static sites are fast, hard to break and cheap to host. Portfolios, landing pages, documentation, event pages, resumes, and everything an AI builder exports are static. If your site needs WordPress, PHP or a login system with its own database, it is not - and OxyPages is not the place for it.
